Training Program and Procedures...
Fire Logistics, Inc. has developed a training and education program ranging from
introductory level to advanced ICS, suppression, prescribed fire, and management
programs. This training and education is geared not only for our own employees, but for
our customers, public and private safety personnel. We are qualified to provide
emergency incident response training that must meet or exceed the NWCG and NIM’s.
Scheduling
Our training schedule for each year will be posted no later than November 1st.
Fire Logistics, Inc. courses are open to anyone who applies and meets all the
prerequisites that apply to an offered course.
Financial
Students are required to pay ½ of the course fees at the time they register for the
course, payable in cash or by check. The payment and pre-registration must be
received by Fire Logistics by the class cut-off date or the student will not be registered
for the course. The balance of the course fee is due on the first day of the course. If the
minimum class size is not met, the course may be cancelled and all fees refunded
according the cancellation procedures.
Cancellation
Fire Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. Cancellation of
courses will result in a full refund of fees paid, if this procedure is followed.
Refunds of pre-registration fees will be provided to students who notify Fire Logistics,
Inc. prior to the class cut-off date. After the class cut-off date, no refunds will be
provided to the student.
Documentation
Students attending Fire Logistics, Inc. sponsored courses will receive a Fire Logistics,
Inc. Certificate of Course Completion, as required by our MOU, following their
successful completion of the course.
Properly activated student task books must be completed for all tasks that can be
completed in class.
